We have spent more than 100 thousand hours to understand in details how our body works. This allowed us to design workouts that help to achieve maximal results without heavy weights.
Training with champions
Only 10% of trainers pass our selection. Next phase — 156 hours of studying in 22 directions. Only after successfully passed exam, they are allowed to train in the studio.
